Friday, June 23, 2006 1:39:33 AM A father and son go out driving. They get into a horrible car accident, and the father immediatly dies. The son is rushed to the emergency room and needs surgery. The surgeon gets in the room and says, "I cannot work on this boy". When asked why the surgeon replied "he's my son". How is the son the surgeon son when his father is dead? This is another one like the fireman one. Kind of sexist, but it's true. I know better, but alot of people grew up with parents who grew up when woman DID NOT have these types of jobs, and were taught the ways of the old. Some thing pass on from generation to generation without it being noticed, so it doesn't bother me much. |

Thursday, June 22, 2006 8:28:44 PM On the fireman one, I thought they'd all be wearing name tags. :P The bear's white - you're living in the Artic! And a widow is still alive. She can marry whoever she wants. :D It's supposed to say "Can a man marry his widow's sister?" |
