Well, it's easy to decide which way you'd like this to go. Option 1, you LOVE your job. Option 2, take it or leave it. Option 3, it SUCKS. I like quizzes that aren't so blatantly obvious. |

You are the average employee. When surveys report that "the average employee thinks ... " — they're talking about you. Your present position is not particularly suitable to whatever talents you may or may not have. Neither is it totally inappropriate to those alleged talents. If you're young, keep looking for a fulfilling career that will present you with opportunities to make a mark in the world. If you're old, hang on to this job as if it were the Holy Grail.

Yepper, I was an average employee, too. I think, mainly, you know, if someone wants to pay me a lot more to do what I do now, I'd switch. Otherwise, why upset the dust on my desk?  |
