I'm pretty good at lucid dreaming.... if I'm dreaming and don't like one bit I can just rewind it and do it again. I'm not sure when I started being able to do it or if I've always done it. The trick I think is to hold that 'just nodding off' moment as long as I can before giving in and falling asleep. The little bit before proper sleep that's almost like being stoned.

I've tried to train myself to lucid dream, but have been mostly unsuccessful. As a writer, my thought is that it might help me subconsciously work out story problems while sleeping.

lucid dreaming is a lot of fun once you get the hang of it :3 i've done it many times but usually by accident.

I've heard you don't get very good rest during lucid dreaming episodes. I don't really enjoy them, I can't control them as easily as I want to.
