I like that it gave little peeks into where other species branched off from the common evolutionary chain

Xprez all life continues to evolve. Humans included it just happens on a time frame that is to long for us to observe directly. If you compare Moderen Humans to older humans (even as short as 100 years ago) you will find marked biological diffrences. Moderen human have been getting taller on average (not just due to nutricion) and physical brain size and proportion are changing as well, The temperal lobes have been shrinking and the frontal lobe has been increasing.

Isn't the theory that we learn to evolve/adapt to our situations/living environment? Not that we continuously evolved form lower life forms. Otherwise, it would still be happening. You would see things in different states of evolution.
I love how those that think they know it all, forget to research their "all."

In the beginning, we were all fish. Okay? Swimming around in the water. And then one day a couple of fish had a retard baby, and the retard baby was different, so it got to live. So Retard Fish goes on to make more retard babies, and then one day, a retard baby fish crawled out of the ocean with its mutant fish hands... and it had butt sex with a squirrel or something and made this.

I think one who understands evolution; or at least strives to understand it is one who truly tries to communicate with maker/god/allah/whatever. Gaia.

everyone seems to think that it is only the christians that are evolution deniers. Most of neo-liberal opinions are built upon the idea that everyone is born the same and it only through discrimination or poverty or some other extrinsic influence that negative behaviour or intellectual ability is developed. Surely this is just as a ridiculous disregard as claiming the earth is only 4000 years old or whatever the creationists say.

I like how this was done, with different creatures branching off in different evolutionary directions from a common ancestor. Thum zup.
