Cracked it. Pretty, but more than a little pointless and unsatisfying in the end. Where's the narrative arc, goddamit? Where's the ebb and flow of good vs. evil, the essential development of character, problem and historic dynamic? How about a point-and-clicky "escape from the planet/room/house/" game with some kind of a _story_ to it. *sigh* |
