cont.

Some A's just have a hobby.

So, any change has to be justifiable by the order of disarming the C's before disarming the A's.

Snoopy, Orange: Please, try to evaluate this without emotion. It's already clear you have a different system of values.

[A type gun owner (licensed with fed background check)]-buys from->[gun store (licensed with fed background check)]-buys from->[manufacturer (licensed with fed background check and medical lot control)]

[B type gun owner (can't pass a check)]-buys from->[C type, the same people that import and sell dope]

A types commit crime rarely. So much so, they are more likely to suicide than attack (current fed crime stats.)
B types have already been detected as dangerous.
C types are career criminals who haven't been caught yet. >> Crime is a business to them. <<

Your law change would affect group A without having any affect on B or C.
Rural A's have a probability of requiring guns to maintain their way of life.
Urban/suburban A's are more likely to want to defend themselves from urban/suburban C's.

Gawd, who'd want to go anywhere near that, even telepathically.

Even in the most liberal gun control the law says you can't kill people. Still people get shot. That's why you have to make it harder for wackos to obtain them. If you halve the amount of guns in the hands of the population it would be twice as hard for smeagul here to get a gun. Meaning half of the smeaguls won't have a gun a be able to kill.
Simple logic, americans.

""MrOrange-"then iether the law isn't right, it's not being applied properly or it needs to be upheld better"

That still makes no sense: "Change the law because people are able to break that law'""

comphrensive reading isn't your strong point is it? considering how you are claiming that the law itself is fine, i offerd the suggestion that it's not being upheld.. you know enforced?

"you can have it your way, the laws are good. but somewhere someone F**ed up. "

see, i'm willing to settle, the laws are perfect. you just seem to have an issue with guns magically appearing into the hands of folks that shouldn't have them. Me? apart from feeling sorry for the guy couldn't give a ratts ass about how many americans get killed, considering your to stupid to realise that something is wrong. congratulations, guns are good, the law is perfect now go out and buy a beer and get shot for *random absurd reason*

MrOrange-"like that arn't supossed to be able to get guns by law, "

The point you're missing is that they DIDN'T get guns by law. They got guns by BREAKING the law.

MrOrange-"then iether the law isn't right, it's not being applied properly or it needs to be upheld better"

That still makes no sense: "Change the law because people are able to break that law'.

You seem to think that criminals will respect the NEXT law you pass. Please look up the definition of 'criminal'.

If you need, we arrange for you to be gang-banged by a number little person clowns.
The elephants, however, we can't help with because that's illegal in both countries and we'd like to maintain our status as A's...

Person: "How did your father die?"
Other Person: "After the divorce, he moved into a crappy neighborhood. His former felon neighbor and his neighbor's mentally ill wife came to the conclusion that he was telepathically raping the wife so, they shot him."
Person: "That's crazy!! What are the odds?!!"
Other Person: "Normally, zero but, fairly strong for him. He had a stage act where he'd pick your card from a deck..."

i want my life to have some meaning thank you, lets keep the herd clean enough so that i can at least have that..

Just to put it in perspective.. all of that guy's friends and family. whoever he knew, will for the rest of their lives link his death to that "woman"
and her claim that he raped her telepathically, and, at some point in their live try and work out how the hell that would be possible. Nice f**king legacy.. "so, how did your dad die? he spock f.u.c.k.e.d a hippotroll and her smeagul killed him"

i'd rather die of drowing in an elephant bukakka..

The original concept (which you've wandered from for 'some' reason) is that somehow American gun laws are somehow responsible for someone who broke American gun law.

MrOrange-"or is that just me?"

I'd hate for my epitath to related in ANYWAY about said cross between a hippo and a troll.

well glad we agree on something, now let's say i'd like to make sure of that, and folks like that arn't supossed to be able to get guns by law, then iether the law isn't right, it's not being applied properly or it needs to be upheld better, because right now someones epitath: is Shot dead after telepathically raping a cross between a hippo and a troll.

and that is just so damn wrong. you gotta hand me that right?

you can have it your way, the laws are good. but somewhere someone F**ed up.

Yes lets make more laws to punish the law abiding for the actions of a person that won't obey the laws anyway..... WHEW! UKer's are quite the sheep.

yeah cuase a law abiding person didn't get punished now by either failure of said law or is upholding...

.... let me guess, you're stil waiting for your gun permit to clear?

McGovern1981-"Leftists painting mental health care problems as a gun problem."

Please remember that 27% of liberals are currently on medications for mental health issues.

That means that 73% are walking around untreated.

Again, your missing the point by miles. folks who shouldn't have a gun, are not allowed to have a gun, managed to get a gun. the system failed. time for a review. how hard is it to grasp that simple concept?

Despite any screening procedures you may have, people like still get given guns.

"A is that people who shouldn't have guns have guns"
By what standard? The FBI's own compiled statistics proved the A's BECAME A's by NOT being criminals. It's rare. They aren't a priority.

B's and their suppliers are deliberately bypassing laws. They are an active problem.
These particular B's had already been detected as B's.

The thing to eliminate is B's supply. It doesn't come from A.

MrOrange-"if i am driving without a drivers liscence and kill someone wouldn't the logical question be.. How the F*ck did he get a car?"

That's just it. NO ONE quesions how ANYone got a car. It much easier to buy a car than a gun. You don't even need a license or insurance to purchase a car.

Try finding an example that's relevent.

MrOrange-"i'm pretty sure that after a certian amount of people died as a result of speeding"

Let's see, though they're not comparable, if you were to compare cars to guns:
1 car death annually for every 1,879 cars in the US.
1 gun death annually for every 6,484 guns. (if you eliminate suicides, it goes up to 1 murder per 18,053).
But, that's apples to oranges.

MrOrange-"residents would demand some form of action being taken to prevent it?"

They have and they do, and it's mostly inneffective as Laws are for law abiding people. People who tend to break law, wel

I'll be interested in reading the follow-up to the sentencing on the 31st. I'm somewhat surprised that she was found competent to stand trial and would like to know how those treating her on an outpatient basis perceived her from a professional vantage...granting that such information may be made public.
