#10 was a very poorly done scene. In the novel, Bond awakes to realize a highly venomous jungle centipede is crawling up his leg, over his groin, up his abdomen - and fights the urge to to react so as not to cause it to bite. When it finally crawls off his chest, Bond sends it to the floor and beats it with his shoe.
The movie version had a much-less-than-dangerous tarantula crawling across a stunt double and an obvious flat sheet of glass separating Connery from the creepy-crawly. As it reaches his pillow, it casts a clear spider shadow inches away on 007's neck. Not a Top 10 at all.
