sutra, you sound deranged. What's the point of declaring war on men? What's the point? And the men who bend over and agree with your narrative are the "good brothers", because they are well behaved and in line? So weird!

History is a funny thing, you bring it up nicely. Yeah, the .01% of men at the top controlled it all. What about all of the men that have been forced to die by the millions in World Wars? What about the men who traditionally lived 10 years less? And account for nearly all homelessness? And did all the physical labor? And account for 90% of deaths on the job?

It was only 70 years ago that my Grandma lived under two Totalitarian states in Poland. But it's 2013 now.

You see, I don't see all of these things as oppression here in 2013. They are just unfortunate things. I don't hold it against anyone really, I'm not a victim. Neither are you.

If this were facebook, I would share this. I hope my girls get to make the decision to be who they want to be and are able to get respect for it.

Sista Ginga and Sisra Nubb this a message from a women to other women.women who were treated like a second class citizens. Who were denied education, birth right over land and proprty, women whose were foced to marry, bear children against their will. Women who are subjected to daily harrasement and terror just for seeking livelihood. Women.

Not from so distance a padt, actually happening to women all over the world, right now.
All the bellyaching douchbags around here, I bet, would have signed up to stop suffragette.
They are few good brothers here too, we thank you.

Couldn't we all just be nicer?

I am not nice to feminists, masculists, whitists or any other followers of bigoted ideologies that exist for the purpose of promoting unending irrational prejudices.

Feminism is just the most hypocritical and most powerful of the various strains of bigoted arseholery. I have more respect for the ideology of Westboro Baptist Church because it's more honest, and I wouldn't poo on any member of the WBC because that would be giving them more respect than they deserve.

You want everyone to be nicer? How about setting an example by advocating sexual equality instead of feminism?

I am aware that some feminists are deluded rather than bigoted, but they're a powerless and irrelevant minority.

I presume a woman made this and another one proof read it. I could formulate sentences that made more sense when I was five years old.

I've never ever heard any of these. These are the ultimate feminist strawmen.

"Fact of the matter is, there is no hip world, there is no straight world. There's a world, you see, which has people in it who believe in a variety of different things. Everybody believes in something and everybody, by virtue of the fact that they believe in something, use that something to support their own existence."

I have never in my whole life seen any of those things said to a woman. I know geeky women, intelligent women in high-powered jobs, intelligent women with good degrees as homemakers, women in the men's worlds of military and of aviation. None of them were ever treated like this.

Sexism, racism, etc. are all defined by treating a group differently based on a certain characteristic. Such as not giving someone a job because they are gay, a woman, black, etc. Everyone gets called names constantly, it's part of being human. I'm not saying it doesn't often times hurts, it certainly does. But waving a banner to have people stop saying these things is pointless.

A woman should be, and is, free to decide who she want's to be and how to act.

That does not mean they are free from criticism, just as a man is not free from criticism.

You ARE going to be insulted and get your feelings hurt in this world. You do not have a 'right' to not be.

You do not get to DEMAND respect. You earn it.

If you did not earn it, you do not get it. That goes for all.

Like there aren't a million put downs for guys too. This isn't a "female problem" it's just a problem.

Yeah it's really sad there's a bunch of poseur-feminists who are TOO concerned about how women look rather over their liberty.

Your point is valid in that women should be able to be who they want without (too much) judgement but this comic sucks. Those same things are said by women and men and guys take just as much criticism. It isn't always about the person being male/female, a lot of it is just because people are judgmental dickheads and only feel better when they critique others.
