OldOllie,
Wouldn't 'disestablishmentarianism' be the antonym of 'antidisestablishmentarianism.'?

Barring scientific terms the longest English word is (probably) floccinaucinihilipilification - the estimation of something as worthless.

Yakamoz... so THAT's what I've been addicted to all these years! (Hard to admit it to myself when I didn't have a name for it.)
And apparently I suffer from extreme bouts of kefi, a lot! O.O

I use a few of these a lot... Schadenfreude, in particular... It tends to be the subject of a lot of conversation with some of my friends.

Prodisestablishmentarianism. It's the antonym of antidisestablishmentarianism. It's also the 2nd longest word in the English language (or at least it used to be).

From the Linked Website:

galeanthropy - the belief that you are a cat >^..^<

geborgenheit: (German) - to feel completely safe, like nothing could ever harm you (usually connected to a particular place or person)
Nice one!

grapholagnia - the urge to stare at obscene pictures
@FancyLad suffers from this...

grawlix - typographical symbols used to represent letters of swear words

@Gerry1: "Jamais-vu" = Oooo! Good one!

Jake_Justice: "embiggens" Another good one.

@piperfawn: *swats with rolled up newspaper*

I like: "gruntled" - the opposite of "disgruntled". It means to be happy, peaceful and content; making a soft grunting sound like a happy piggy. Usually involves a full tummy.

Nifty list! @kitteh9

We actually have a few of these; staircase wit (yes, two words, I know), for one, butterface for another.

Everyone knows 'Deja vu', the feeling something is familiar when it's new.

'Jamais vu' is the opposite. When something common to you feels unfamiliar or unknown.

"hikikomori=Nerd"

wrong. hikikomori = geek. geeks enjoy things. nerds have extensive knowledge about things.
