Give a similar incident of the right holding the left to different standards with any widespread support. I submit that your claim that the party in power operates under different rules is simply utter bullpoo.

Without slant there is no article. The whole point is to present the slant in left-wing claims about racism. How can that be written without "slant"?

As for "some" good points, can you indicate any single element there that is not a good point.

The lies in your inane contribution:

Republicans don't support restricting access to healthcare
Republicans don't support redefining rape
Republicans don't supporting paying women less

Ah, damn it, it is all lies except the gay marriage thing, which is misrepresented as hypocrisy when really it is just a shell game, you make left-wing assumptions and call Republicans hypocrites because they disagree. Oh, and the healthcare thing which is basically the same issue, except we already know for sure that the Republicans were right.

So you are, I presume, admitting that you have nothing to back your claim of hypocrisy, since you can only bring lies to the

whodat: WWP is full of republicans like Anthony Principi VP, who was appointed by GW Bush as Secretary of Veterans Affairs.

So Please stop your BS rhetoric about republicans not caring about veterans.

Might I remind you that the VA was underfunded, in the 60's, by LBJ and left a lot of crippled Vietnam veterans out in the cold.

Yet it is an excellent article. You make no rational criticism. Socialists rating it one is not a reason to think it is a poor link.

"No republican I know of opposes veteran's benefits"

Do a Google search for "veterans benefits blocked by republicans" and you'll find plenty of reading material.

I know all of this as fact considering that I'm a veteran who is very active in the Veterans Administration and Wounded Warrior program.

Wow! That is SUCH a load of sh*t! I'm not saying there aren't liberals that match that lineup of crap. But to compare all liberals with them is the same as accepting the Westboro Baptist Church as representative of all Christians.

You forgot to mention that the the bill was stalled by Majority leader Harry Reid (D) on September 27, 2011

And yes, they could safely vote FOR it because they knew there was no way to get the 60 votes required.

Doesn't meant they like it.

#6 Serial killers, murderers, rapists and pedos deserve the death penalty, if you don't have respect for another human life, why should we value yours? Also, anyone can get emergency care at hospitals across the nation. Obamacare will segregate that care and make you go to their list of "Approved providers" that have bureaucrats deciding whether you live or die.

#7 No republican I know of opposes veteran's benefits, so that last one is just a "pants on fire" lie.

whodat: Let me fix that list for you.

#1 Republican respect the life of all human beings including the unborn, that includes unborn women as well.

#2 Republicans just passed a sweeping educational funding bill in the HOR.

#3 The supposed "American Jobs Act" was nothing but an isolationist, anti-trade bill that would've crippled our economy. Also, allowing people to freely choose whether or not they want to be unionized is called freedom, not restricting union rights.

#4 We don't believe any group should have "special rights" over and above other normal people.

#5 Requiring a photo ID to vote is not "Voter suppression", it's called eliminating election fraud. Also, if you come to America, learn f*cking English, every other immigrant culture did, so can hispanics.

"While Republican's can be hypocrits, too, they don't have the media's help."

Have you ever heard of a channel called Fox News?

"Many Democrats ALSO oppose the America Jobs Act"

Only THREE Democrats voted against the American Jobs Act, not even ONE Republican voted for it.

@whodat,

While Republican's can be hypocrits, too, they don't have the media's help.

And many problems with your graphic:
Which healthcare are Republicans trying to limit? (probably akin to the 'reproductive rights') Have all the abortions you want. I just expect you to pay for it.
The 'paying her less than a man for the same work' has been debunked.
Restricting Labor Union rights = restricting labor union thugs.
Voter ID laws do not equate to 'voter suppresions'. It equals fair elections.

"No, but hypocrisy does."

So you're saying Republicans aren't hypocrites? I beg to differ...

trippyhippy9-"Racism has no political affiliation."

No, but hypocrisy does. The point of the article is not whether racism exists, but the hypocrisy over how racism is ignored for one party, but found everywhere in the other (even when it needs to be made up).

And it's not limited to racism. Had any republican mayor had harrassed and assaulted women like San Diego Mayor Bob Filner, every womens' organization in the country would be on the news 24/7 screaming for his head. Strangely enough in this case they are absent.

Labels are the problem here, if labeling stops we can focus on what is real instead of what is imagined.

Some good points made, but the purposeful slant of the article made it hard to read.
