Seems like I'm not the only one to notice the ultra-inexpensive cost of Wayne Manor. Perhaps a zero was inadvertently left off during transcription and it should have read $44,400,000 instead? That would be far more believable than the cost of a home similar to the one in which I live.

It would cost more than twenty-something million dollars to build the Golden Gate Bridge again it today's money. Something tells me they haven't allowed for inflation for a better comparison.
