@Gerry... I completely agree with you on that. The black guy was being so aggressive, shouting at the manager and following him about he tried to walk away to get space. Calling anyone at your work place a racist even during a heated debate should be treated as inappropriate language in the workplace and the guy should have been suspended and marched out of the place well before he had a chance to hit him.

Good God. So we just had a trial asking if Trayvon was justified in attacking Zimmerman. some said yes, but I can guarantee you that Zimmerman didn't get in his face like this manager did. So, those of you who thought Trayvon's violent response was acceptable, was it? Was it?

You should never lay hands on a person, for whatever reason, until they lay hands on you or yours. Period, period, period.

"A veteran? Probably dishonorable discharge."

I was thinking the same thing. I always wondered how many of the turds who get dishonorably discharged go and parade around with the "I'm a veteran I deserve respect" mentality. Actually, they're probably the only ones that do that.

didnt he know that walmart gives barely gives two poos about him being a vet? and yes walmart's practices are well known to slant to a racist/sexist mentality. they simply dont care. they make billions daily, they give next to nothing back, in fact, they encourage employees to take up food stamps/welfare to make ends meet since you will never get more than 35 hrs. per week. and there idea to fix a employees problem is to fire them. sad to say he is better off on the street. this is the world they helped create.

The race card and being a veteran have nothing to do with what I think they were talking about. Lousy defenses and disrespectful. As soon as they are deployed understand that the person using them is in a weak position and out of resources. If they are not wrapped too tight or fearful (like getting fired) violence is likely to happen. The manager handled his employee wrong. All he did was to escalate the situation. If he has a problem with an employee, he should talk to him about it in private, not in the break room with and audience. Looks like the employee is going to be doing some jail time for assault.

I am so tired of the "No body can disrespect me" mentality. What have any of the people who use that phrase ever done to earn some respect? I disrespect all of them, collectively. And of course he had to throw out the race card early calling the manager a racist.

A veteran? Probably dishonorable discharge.

As a veteran I hate when people throw being a veteran in your face, because no one cares. If people cared that he was a veteran he wouldn't be working at wal-mart. Just take your 10% off at home depo or Low's and be happy.
