This is an important piece of journalism.
It informs the public so that in the future, they just pour concrete over important archeological sites and build guest houses.

Of course it makes the headlines when someone digs up a skeleton. Just to bad these people got screwed by a developer and the city not telling anyone that their home was on an old indian burial ground. Developers don't care about ghosts in the ground. Just money. I hope that , if there is a way for the dead to retaliate. they take it out on the builder of the house. Not the owners. Think about if you were in the same place. What would you do? You are on an ancient burial ground and you just dug up a corpse/skeleton. How would you handle it?

Yup! Stupid knows no nationality!
At least the politicians are actively trying to solve it, as opposed to covering it up...
There's NO way a person should foot the bill for finding ANY human remains...

Wow! That really *is* stupid. That'll keep people from calling authorities if they find a skeleton, which may well be evidence of a major crime.
