@5Cats
Kathy Boudin is not "full tenure," she is an adjunct professor (as in not permanent, un-tenured, part-time) at Columbia's School of Social Work, specializing in HIV/AIDS programs. Try edumicating yourself sometime, hoser! Besides, she served her time, 22-years in prison. She paid her debt to society, there is no reason she shouldn't be able to work, right? All those "terrorists" teaching at Columbia must do a pretty crappy job, seeing they're turning out such uptight neo-cons as Andrew!

NO ONE at MSNBC is even vaguely "pro-Republican". Not... one... living... soul.

There is nothing you can say that will change the fact that Joe Scarborough is most definitely, without any doubt, an avowed conservative Republican. Despite all your cries to the contrary.

Andrew's ignorance can be explained (somewhat) by his brash youth, what's your excuse?

@lauriloo: You need to look up "false flag" or "wolf in sheep's clothing" or something.

NO ONE at MSNBC is even vaguely "pro-Republican". Not... one... living... soul.

At least Fox has the occasional "token lib-tard" and a FEW members of CNN have "leaned right" (but NOT for very long before getting the AXE!).

But MSNBC makes NO APOLOGIES for it's 100% 1 sided presentation! None!

@chalket: Your ignorance is showing boy!
Several American Universities have CONVICTED left-wing TERRORISTS working as full tenure Professors. It's a fact, go edumicate yourself!

I know the case @Andrew155 is referring to (she was "Weather Underground" eh?) but you can look it up yourself, lazybones!

He really has grown as a comedian, he's evidently intelligent and has started using it....instead of just turning up, speaking faux shakespearian and waiting for the cheap laugh

Ahh, Andrew, I see your problem. You're simply delusional, having convinced yourself that you know everything about everything. Must be the fault of those "left wing terrorists"! Have a good day in your own little world.

I googled your abortion comment assertion and the comment was made by Salamishah Tillet; Assistant Professor of English and Africana Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Couldn't find an actual video of it because obviously MSNBC didn't endorse that comment. All the links about the comment were by Fox and other right wing websites trying to make a big deal about it and create a some kind of base outrage because they constantly have to stoke the fire with some new outrage when the previous ones turn out to be fake. Yeah, it was a stupid comment. If anything, banning late term or any kind of abortion would probably lead to more minorities statistically. So it's a wonder why the GOP keeps trying to ban it.

Andrew155,
For someone with a high class education you're spending way too much of your intellect hurling insults. Relax a bit, man! Recognise that "Morning Joe is the republican show on MSNBC" was merely irrelevant. I have no idea why that was mentioned.
Also: "recently on MSNBC there was somebody who said that anyone who is against late term abortion is a white supremacist". Holy sh*t! That really happened?

blackcatseye,
She may be considered a huge star (never thought of her that way, myself - not "HUUUUUGE", anyway) but not everyone here actually gives a sh*t about her. Personally, I think she's OK. I'm surprised they didn't know Russell Brand because he's Russell Brand! Also, I never thought of general entertainment news as proper fodder for a national news show, just as I don't expect entertainment news shows to be discussing, for instance, national security issues. Maybe it's *you* folks who are retarded, getting these things confused. You're being just a bit "catty" I think.

And chalket, I know far left radicals. I went to Columbia University, they are everywhere. They have left wing terrorists teaching us. And Joe isn't right wing, he just isn't, but he's also not left wing. It's probably written in his employment contract that he has to act in a certain way, act as a token Republican who is critical of Republicans. Besides, all of the things that were "Conservative" about him happened 20 years ago. Too much critical thinking for you though, probably.

ChalkyPie, why don't you crawl back to that partisan shiphole from whence you came. Go get a real education. Learn to think critically. Stop being so weird. Judging by your age, it looks like you're going to die an old and bitter man who thinks that if we only had one of the parties in charge, we would be glorious. People like you are the problem.

And here is old Right Wing Joe saying Obama should destroy fellow Democrats who don't vote with Obama. Even Blue Dog Dems aren't left enough, they have to be destroyed.

There is a reason MSNBC hired him, just like how Fox hired Dick Morris and others who are Democrats and always criticize themselves. The idea is that they are members of the party the networks are against who criticize their own party to strengthen the network's own ideology. This isn't that bold of an idea, it's quite obvious really.

He claims he voted for Ron Paul, which would put him more in the Libertarian camp if true. But to say that his show on MSNBC is conservative is really weird. Criticizing Krugman and deficits isn't Conservative. It's moderate. However, based on this video, I bet he voted for Obama.

How the cluck can you claim this guy below is Conservative. Watch the video. Seriously. You don't think that's weird? He's a token and everyone knows it but you.

Firstly, Joe Scarborough isn't even in this video, essentially making this debate really fracking dumb. I bet everyone in the video voted Obama. Secondly, what the cluck is the American Conservative Union? I'm pretty sure you just googled Joe Scarborough and saw that on wikipedia?

Charlie Crist used to be a Republican governor of Florida. Now, he's running for the governorship as a Democrat against a Republican. The point is, your party doesn't have to mean anything.

Second, to Andrew155 and AvatarJohn: STFU! Lauriloo is right, you are wrong. Period. Just because you don't like the answer doesn't mean you can just make up your own. Statements like "Scarborough is a dyed-in-the-wool far left-wing radical liberal" just make you look exceedingly stupid.

Scarborough has a 95 percent lifetime rating from the American Conservative Union! He signed the Contract with America. He helped form the "New Federalists" and wanted to privatize or eliminate the Departments of Commerce, Education, Energy and HUD. He is "pro-life" and anti-U.N. He voted FOR Medicare cuts and AGAINST raising the minimum wage. He received awards from "Americans for Tax Reform", "U.S. Chamber of Commerce", "Citizens Against Government Waste" and more.

Something tells me you idiots wouldn't recognize a real "far left-wing radical liberal" if one bit you on the nose.

lauiloo, I'm not an idiot. I have an MA from an ivy league school, I know who this Joe guy is. I also know why MSNBC, a left wing network, hired him. Fox news has plenty of guys who are democrats who always seem to agree with Hannity, too. It's ok.

And considering that recently on MSNBC there was somebody who said that anyone who is against late term abortion is a white supremacist (and was not challenged!), then that pretty much puts Joe in the standard rank and file leftist camp.

It's just funny that somebody that subscribes to such partisan filth, such as yourself, will watch this video and immediately be like, "It's those damn conservatives at MSNBC!". You are ridiculous.

First, I really don't want to like Russell Brand, but every time I see him I can't help but like him more and more. Still not a fan, but I do respect the hell out of his talent and brains. He is one intelligent fother-mucker.

Don't usually care for him, but he can be, as here, both charming and sharp. Definitely the smartest guy in the room.

Joe Scarborough is a Republican just like Zell Miller is a Democrat. Party doesn't necessarily indicate political viewpoint. Scarborough is a dyed-in-the-wool far left-wing radical liberal, regardless of his chosen party, just like everyone else at BSNBC (except for the dyed-in-the-wool Communists).

"lauriloo, LOL. Yes, this is totally a Republican show. Go crawl back into your partisan whole from whence you came. It's like calling O'Reilly the Democrat show on Fox because of other shows like Hannity. Ridiculous."

sorry if you don't like the truth but it's true. Morning Joe's Joe Scarborough is a Republican. He's not as far right as the nuts on Fox, but he's way more conservative than the rest of MSNBC.

These aren't news reporters. These are 'talking heads'; they work on channels that discuss current events as they happen, on the 24-hour news cycle. The on air personalities don't research poo. They rely on the people on the other side of the window. These idiots' jobs are to look pretty and spout BS. Even the supposed national news programs are just aggregates for local news programs. Please do not take any of them as representatives of Americans, at large.
