Why the drat does someone bomb the Boston Marathon and NOT these self-fellating morons? Seriously. They need. To. All. Die. In doing what they are doing they are SERIOUSLY, and I mean this whole-heartedly, performing acts which they themselves protest. They are total media-whores. They are self-glorified mean persons, as well and I can't wait until someone burns down their church and murders every last one of them.

@Gerry, @LordJim: "This is how they make their money."

Please show your source for that claim. As far as I can tell, they "made" around $200,000 in the 90's by suing the city of Topeka and the county of Shawnee, but they claim to spend around $250,000 a year on their silly little protests. I'm not sure where they get their funding: "According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, Westboro is funded entirely by its congregation and accepts no outside donations."

@Deputy- I did not place a value- one way or the other- on this man's life. But I guess you're saying that you'd throw the same hoopla of a funeral for the likes of 'Joe the plumber', as you would for, say, Nelson Mandela. If you answer yes, your a liar, if you answer no, you affirm what MY point was- which apparently was a bit too complicated for you and Roland to grasp.

Roland- when you resort to silly personal attacks, you lose all credibility for your position. Think about that.

Don't be to hard on fancy. Someone, went through the effort of taking the link i suggested and turning it into a clicky clicky. That person used this pic for that.. as far as i understand the Fancy has some issues with facebook about wich pic to use for a link. Apart from the fact that he does his best to entertain a bitching crowd..

damn.. i don't know what's wrong but lately i find myself in agreement with the people i love to dissagree with? You're right Oldollie they should be fined $1. And i'm donating 10$ to the "seasons in the abyss foundation" a cause that helps slayers fans sort out their legal trouble.

Who cares? He was a musician in a band. Not a service member- or cop, fireman- that died in the line of duty, not great statesmen being laid to rest, nor some social philanthropist with a lifetime of good works to their credit. Just a run of the mill musician. Big whoop.

Somehow I don't think this is going to turn out the way the WBC f***tards plan. Slayer fans will not be nearly as restrained as military families. I predict severe beatings for all.

However, we are a society of laws. Therefore, I suggest anyone arrested for beating the unholy crap out of these WBC @$$holes should be fined $1.

Fans will organize a counter protest. They ought to organize a counter beat-down.

Whenever the WBC plans on doing something, if we all just stop acknowledging their intentions and just ignore them, they will go away. When they say they are going to protest something, the more people react to it, the more likely they are actually going to go forth with that protest.
It's all about publicity with them.

Too bad people don't protest at WBC funerals. I sincerely pray that their top minasters are arrested on some really shocking crimes just so the community sees how hipocritical thes asols are

You are spot on about their modus operandi, but how much can they make suing a gas station attendant?

Walk right into their trap.
This is how they make their money.
Step 1: Protest funerals
Step 2: Get assaulted
Step 3: Sue

Ignore them and they really will just go away.
Attention is their paycheck.

I heard about this earlier this week and was talking to a fellow Slayer fan about it. Up until now, they've only been picketing groups who wouldn't lash out at them violently and damage their own reputations like Veterans, Gay Rights Activists, etc. Slayer fans, however are whole different breed, they wouldn't hesitate to rip them to f*cking shreds. I would love to be there and take part if they actually have the balls to show up.

I think the police assigned to keep them separated should call in sick that day.
