#9 I think (but am too lazy to look up) the "big deal" about that ship was that HALF the crew was female.

Even so: in 1 year, 10% got preggers? How does that compare with the average civilian women of similar age? idk, sounds pretty close to "normal" though.

"Tailhook" was a rape scandal NOT covered here... there's plenty where that came from too, sadly.

10. The Abu Ghraib inmates were never "tortured." Humiliated and degraded, yes, but not tortured. The peckerwoods who did it were prosecuted, and the inmates, at least one of whom was a convicted child rapist, were awarded $5 mil.

9. Liberals insisted on using the US Navy for one of their misguided social experiments and got the predictable result.

8. DKDC.

7. DKDC.

6. That's why you should fight wars with professional soldiers, not conscripts.

5. Reagan ripped off the Ayatollah and used the money to fund anticommunist freedom fighters. I have no problem with that.

4. That's Putin for you.

3. Plame was NOT a covert agent, and her name was revealed by Richard Armitage at the St. Dept. Her husband is also a lying sack of $#!+.

2. If they were commies, they deserved it.

1. Before homosexuality was acceptable, gays were subject to blackmail and therefore were security risks. Life ain't fair. <

#3 = WTF?

A "Scandal" in which no one was hurt, no one died, no one lost their job even though she really deserved to.

Anyone who's read the WHOLE story knows that: She was not a "secret agent" by any measure. She got caught doing wrong but managed to evade the charges (lawyered up). And EVERYONE knew who she was, spy-network wise, because of her husband.

THIS is #3 of "military scandals"?

What a terrible waste of time...

Does it even qualify as "military"? It was the CIA ffs...

I'm getting tired of these list videos where no one talks, if no one is talking just write down the stuff so we can read it and add pictures if you actually have some relevant, no need to make it a video...

"Dear Mrs Smith,

On behalf of the officer and men of the regiment, it is my sad duty to inform you of the death of your husband while on deployment in Kandahar.

During this and his previous two tours he distinguished himself by dancing the part of the White Swan in our regimental performance of Swan Lake. He was an essential part of our team and was 'well loved' by all the men.

I extend my condolences to you and your family. I hope that time and memories will help lessen the burden of your sorrow and that you may draw comfort knowing that others care and share in your loss.
