I have good news for you; the starch created from the cellulose is called amylose which is good source of dietary fiber that has been found to decrease the risk of obesity and the diabeetus.

Only 30% of cellulose is converted into amylose while the rest is hydrolyzed into glucose which is suitable for ethanol production.

Woo hoo, everybody wins! Now, I wonder how long it will take before it's FDA approved and Monsanto hops on board?
