Of course, between this and today's computer-drawn and
-assisted animation came the abominable limited motion animation of the Scooby-Doo era: immobile heads with a single lip bobbing up and down and black silhouettes slid across backgrounds to portray walking. If you missed that, consider yourself fortunate.
