Most jumpers still do. Most of the footage in this video is pretty old. Some of it might actually be the reason most jumpers now have the drogue chute in hand. |

I notice that unlike in the first base jumps I saw, in which the jumper held a small drogue chute to quickly pull out the main, current jumpers seem to have regular skydiving rigs. What's the deal? |

I am assuming there is more then one death in this video... the one at 1:46 was Jan Davis and she did die. Used different gear and forgot where the cord was. Also the camera man was her husband. Not a happy video this. |
