Tuesday, March 05, 2013 8:57:27 AM If marriage IS for procreation of children does that mean that those who cannot have children cannot marry? |

Tuesday, March 05, 2013 6:21:01 AM I don't understand the all the hatin'. Us Catholics are called to fully respect, love, and provide pastoral care for all, including gays. We are against gay marriage mainly because it doesn't fulfill the marriage concept of procreation. That's it. Perhaps we should categorize for all a concept of 'civil union' and leave marriage defined for religion. |

Tuesday, March 05, 2013 12:48:55 AM i honestly don't get it. Good parents are good parents, and I am pretty sure it has nowt to do with gender. Marriage is either a religious thing, in which case every religion should be allowed to define it differently and it would have no status in law, or it is a state thing- in which case why do religions object to bits of it??? |

Monday, March 04, 2013 2:36:42 PM looking back at my own life, i would have been better off and would have turned out to be a much more productive person if i had been raised by parents who loved one another and loved all of the kids. straight or gay doesn't matter; being loving and well adjusted does matter. |

Monday, March 04, 2013 1:46:06 PM "Daddy, I would like you to stop talking now." _ Love how children can just say it as they feel it. Why sincerity like that is forced out of us is beyond me. |
