I think what he meant was, there are a lot of people in Texas who act just like this and would gladly shoot and kill robbers or see them executed. The worst is the pretend to hate the "towel heads" but keep trying to steer our society towards one like theirs. |

We choose who we give weapons to quite carefully. Like the Mujahideen in 1980's Afghanistan, Libyan radicals, Syrian radicals, Saddam, Iran before revolution, Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, and definitely Saudi Arabia.
Really, it seems like we're giving weapons to everyone with basically no logic or pattern to it. I'm trying to think of a country over there that hasn't received our aid. |

There must be something else to the story that has conveniently been left out to get the sympathy of others. I've heard of people being executed for murder but not just robbery, that will get your hand chopped off though.
On the plus side, at least beheading is quick & relatively painless compared to being stoned to death.
