That's a better idea than a communal garage. That way ALL YOU HATERS aren't able to f*ck with it.
I had one of my cars keyed 4 times in my parking lot. I've done nothing to piss off my neighbors; I'll say hello in the elevator or at the mailbox but otherwise keep to myself... 4 f*cking times it's been keyed!!!

So what costs more when you're putting up a building? Digging two more levels of parking to give all the residents two spaces, maybe where the water table is too high to do that, or installing a glorified freight elevator?
My only question is how come you don't get to ride your car up to your condo? |
