I detest rap. Fortunately my boy didn't like it otherwise I'd have been that ass hole dad who wouldn't let him play it in the house. Yeah, I'm that guy.
But I don't like songs about shooting cops, beating or raping women, or perpetuating the use of 'n igger' while claiming offense when anyone else uses it.
Also, it's just bad rhymes and terrible rhythms. |

@Gerry1of1 - That's exactly how it works. In order to make your stage name sound "urban" and get some street cred all you have to do is take any normal word, misspell it, then wait for the platinum records & millions of dollars to start rolling in.
Today's rappers don't even have to be able read, let alone put words together that actually rhyme! Just look at Lil Wayne...

I hate the guy but, in all honesty, I think she was turning her cheek one way, realized the angle was off, waffled and then turned her cheek the other way. I don't think it was his fault. |
