How about the whole confrontation clause...who is her accuser?

@coyoteking

They clearly told her several times the reason they were there was NOT as a result of the protests she attended. They said it was information from a call in; information from another source apparently.

"Condescending, are you kidding, they where on her property with no reason to be there."

None of us on here know what information they were working with to end up at her doorstep. 310 million people in the U.S. and they showed up at her house. What, did they pick her name out of the phone book and decide to send agents over for sh*ts and giggles ?

She could have just told them bye bye and shut the door. But she chose to break their balls, talk down to them, and advance her opinions.

As I said before, she made her point, and so did they.

your perception as to why they're at your home.

I've been witness to a crime, been in the vicinity of a crime although it had nothing to do with me and I didn't see nor care about any of it, and finally had the cops called to my address where no crime had taken place under false pretenses. "Kids" in the military + alcohol + sex = complications. Anyway, in every instance when I was asked "Did you see/do you know/what happened after/will you write a statement?" not once did I feel the need to tell these cops how I've defended the constitution. How I have top secret security clearances. How I am more adept with a firearm and hand to hand combat than either of them are. How I'm fairly certain I'm smarter. Why is that? 'Cause it's all fraking douche moves. It may ALL be true, I may not be violating a single law in pointing it all out. Still doesn't make it necessary.

Give them accurate info, or shut your mouth and refuse to tell them anything. No one cares about your kids, your part time job, or you perceptio

My guess is they are checking everyone who supports terrorists, like she clearly does. Funny how they make seem like it's about FBI when it's about pushing her agenda. According to her, no one who has kids and a job couldn't possibly be a terrorist. Whatever, poo like this pisses me off is all.

it amazes me how many people think she is in the wrong i of some sort in this situation. she did nothing that was not in her rights to do so. and to say she was condescending? how would you react if the FBI came to your door step and basically accused you of plotting to commit a crime or being an accomplice of someone you know is plotting to commit one solely based on the fact that you exercised one of your freedoms (to protest).

the sad part here is that even though she didnt give them info, she will continue to be on the FBI's watch list for years to come.

Gotta clear one thing up. If you are not under arrest...Miranda does not apply. Any thing you say when you are not in custody can be used against you. She was free to close the door. Anything she said could have been used against her. Before or after arrest the best thing she could have done was say nothing. She is an activist, they got what they asked for coming to her door with no PC.

Five kids. ..she has the patience of Job. And the tenacity or our forefathers. Condescending, are you kidding, they where on her property with no reason to be there. A little thin blue line in here tonight.

She is awesome. Freedom must be protected by every American this way. They have no probable cause to be there. If you do not love this you are sheeple or leo's and do not deserve the freedom you do not even know you do not have. Not a bitch but a true freedom loving American. I don't love her politics but as a defense attorney I wish everyone would do this. We would secure freedom for our children.

Those agents had the patience of Job. If it were me, I would have given that smarmy pro-terrorist khunt an old-fashioned wood shampoo.

Stupid uptight bitch. Stop being so stubborn and answer the drating question with a simple yes or no.

No need to be a "self righteous bitch" as iscariot40 said.

I certainly don't agree with her politics, but most of this is good, basic, advice. I did wonder why she kept reiterating the fact that she's a mother of five--as if that precludes her from being up to no good.

Just because you have the right to remain silent doesn't mean you need to be a self righteous bitch about it.

They should be investigating her husband.
Why does he let her have opinions?!

@Gerry1 If she lived in "Palestine" she'd be beaten by her husband for talking to a male without a male blood-relative present... kinda ironic, eh?

I don't agree with this woman's politics, but she has the right to remain silent and she did so.

As for why the FBI is involved, Pro-Palestinian organizations have a record of funding terrorism and violence. Also their protests have been rather aggressive and confrontational in the past.

Kitillia she was not rude at all. The point of not answering that question is smart legally. You need to a have a lawyer present in case you get wrapped up in something which you have no knowledge about.

Okay, I was so on her side of the argument for a good 5 seconds. Then, I watched how rudely she treated the people whose job it is to protect her, and I no longer had any respect for her. This is the same person that will say, "where was the fbi" when there is a serious terrorist threat close to home. She needs to more fully understand what she stands for and who she fights against before making such an ignorant and disrespectful video. Like some others said, having kids does not hold her above violence.

"if i had five kids i very seriously wouldn't have the time to screw around with the feds."

This. I mean, wtf, she needs to pop out a couple more before she can keep her goofy ass in the kitchen or something? How does anyone have free time to shoot the poo with the FBI when they have five kids?

Being serious. Big deal. Honestly.
