While he's getting ready to sit down the girl opens the head, he puts his legs in, his shirt covers the hole, and she climbs out from between his legs. Easy peasy. |

The girl was curled up the elephant head. Note how stiffly he walks when he comes on stage, because he can't bend with the weight up there. |
