I've got to support the officers in this one. She took three full minutes to pull over: THREE MINUTES. If you can't comply within 30 seconds, that's a serious problem. She made the situation still worse by failing to comply with the officers' instructions when she exited her vehicle. If I was an officer, I'd have to conclude that she's either high on drugs, mentally deranged, or perhaps plotting an aggressive action. Since she demonstrated that, for whatever reason, she was incapable of taking direction, it was reasonable for the officers to take control of her physically and move her where they needed to for them do their jobs. I'm surprised and disappointed that she won $250K. |

Check out the nice kick he gives her at about the 4:17 to 4:20 mark. I believe she was already hand cuffed. |

Stupid lawbreaking citizen... how dare she look so innocent! They should have punched and kicked her a few times for good measure! She is obviously a hardened criminal, for crying out loud! |

Yes she was stupid, but he was criminal. That 'fall' could have seriously compromised her pregnancy. |

i agree with the arrest, and tying her up because she is a threat to every driver out there, but that force was not nessessary |
