Saturday, February 16, 2013 3:14:19 PM @BlankTom. Nope. It was a meteorite. Look it up. A meteor burns up in the atmosphere. If it reaches the ground, it's a meteorite. |

Friday, February 15, 2013 11:49:02 AM What gets me with this clip is the cars just keep driving towards the freakin thing. I suspect it appears that way because video only captures 2D. If you were actually there, you would see that it is very far away, and not actually headed right at you. |

Friday, February 15, 2013 11:42:44 AM They have the cams because they want proof if they get ripped off by criminal cops or other drivers who drag them into fictious accidents. |

Friday, February 15, 2013 9:23:13 AM I came home late one night a few years back and just after I parked the car, the entire sky just turned yellow-white in two or three pulses. No noise, no boom, just light, and gone a second. Close up and personal with a meteor is pretty impressive. |

Friday, February 15, 2013 9:19:14 AM Pretty much, having a dash-cam is basic self preservation what with insurance scammers throwing themselves at cars and vodka fueled thugs looking for a scrap. Russian courts don't put any weight on eye-witness testimony as they assume everyone has been bought off. |
