Well, she is a Canadian, "a true Saskatchewanian" according to her bio. And that's her accent. So technically, yes, that is a Canadian accent (if perhaps a somewhat atypical one if that's what you're arguing).

Well, she's pretty much made it clear to the world that she's hasn't gone down in a really, really long time, if ever. Any woman who's even vaguely familiar with the act could never pantomime those motions and not have a bell go off.
