You've gotta be kidding me. That is absolutely moronic. It's bad enough that he took those papers and posted them, but his comments are completely mundane and stupid. The worst part of it, though, is that so many people think it's cool. Really sad statement on how drated-up and sheep-like people are. |

Ok, I can see why he was tempted to, and did, make those comments. But, since he wrote in the comments in the same red ink as the grader did, how many of those students, if they pay attention (and whenever I got a busywork type-assignment with comments, I read them) will think it was their professor or T.A. who wrote that? That could lead to some trouble for the professor/T.A. Their word against those papers... |

Actually, having read all of them now, there's a line between scathing sarcasm and just mindless bashing. My personal favourite was the !!!111oneone's where he stuck !'s in appropriate places. That amused me greatly, along with the doodles. ph33r the killer bunnies. Oh noes!!! The poor carrots!!! Vegetable's have feelings too. Cows that serve themselves are the way forward... |

Well, I'm studying 'real' Physics. I'm doing a degree in the thing. And this was just my type of humour. Scathing sarcasm. People as stupid as some of these should have laser-corrective surgery on their brain. Maybe such a technique has yet to be developed, but I'd be quite happy to pioneer it... |
