I'm not getting it, but clearly this photo is referencing Philadelphia:
1. The meat is made to look like Philly's famous "LOVE" sculpture.
2. Those are Philly soft pretzels at the top, available everywhere on the street.
3. That's a Tastycake wrapper at the bottom, one of the big Philadelphia brands.
4. The newspaper is marked "Philly.com," the web presence of the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News.

Nice catch, Gerry. but i dont think its PETA. Look at the foods around it. doughnuts, spilled sugar packets, coffee, processed nacho cheese, salted pretzel... definitely a peta-ish thing, but likely from a different group of vegans.
