Wednesday, February 13, 2013 7:34:12 AM Did the math wrong but I think I added twenty bucks a week for lunch money. I know I never spent my lunch money on food. Not maliciously ostracizing her but more like not being included in some things because they'll forget she can't see it. And them get mad cause she didn't show. |

Saturday, February 09, 2013 10:51:09 PM I mean it might ostracize her at school. Is being ostracized worth five weeks of allowance? $40 a week is normal pocket money these days? Really? It's not like she's agreed to live in a cave forever and never speak again. It's a few months without using one website. Anyone who ostracises her for that isn't worth knowing anyway. |

Thursday, February 07, 2013 9:02:53 PM "Throw out her computer" and her phone, and her ipad, oh and don't forget kids at schools have access to ipads and computers, not to mention her friends could let her use theirs. Sounds like a bet to me to encourage her to not do it during the school year. I wonder if peer pressure is stronger than greed. |

Thursday, February 07, 2013 10:29:26 AM In looking at the dates on the contract, it's likely the Dad is trying to get to stay off FB until the end of school. |

Wednesday, February 06, 2013 8:02:06 PM I'd stop using Facebook for a once-weekly bag of Little Cesear's breadsticks. With butter-garlic and/or jalepeno sauce, of course. It'd take a lot more to make me quit online games, though. |

Wednesday, February 06, 2013 5:53:12 PM It's win/win. 1. She wins because now she can create a new account without parents as friends; 2. She wins because she can extort more money to renew or extend that agreement upon expiration. He wins because he can live in his blissful ignorance. |

Wednesday, February 06, 2013 4:09:47 PM ...What level of parenting failure would it be if she used the money to buy stripper material, launching her career as a porn star? |

Wednesday, February 06, 2013 3:53:17 PM That's A account, he never specified that she couldn't create a new one. I call BS, or the father is stupid. |

Parenting FAIL! If, as a parent you feel the kid should not be doing something, like FaceBook, you bloody well tell them to stop. You don't pay them to do as they're told! Idiots abound. |
