Heh. Haven't worn a helmet since I was ten. I can't justify the daily inconvenience with a one-tenthousandths chance I'll injure myself. |

I've worn a helmet since a doctor friend told me that in his experience the difference between wearing and not wearing a helmet was the difference between a couple of aspirin and re-learning the power of speech. |

I think George Carlin's right.
It's sad for the parents and all, but perhaps the ones
who are too stupid to ride a bike should be allowed
to die off rather than drag the gene pool down.
No more helmet laws. |

Well then, To teach him a life lesson we should impound the bike for 6 months, give him 1 month in jail and a $500 fine, that will teach him. What a friggin' joke, really. This actually made tv news? Next thing you know , we will all have to wear helmets and shin pads to ride the bus. Mind you, on our busses you need them. The driver only knows 2 pedal positions . Gas or brake to the floor. |
