anyone can confirm these or are they again just a bunch of made up laws like it's not allowed to roast a chicken in virginia after 3 am if you aren't wearing a cow costume |

The law against low-slung pants seems reasonable to me. I'd like to see one against amusing ties as well. And wearing a bullet-proof vest is surely just an indicator of premeditation. |

There are thousands of old, outdated laws like this all across the country and probably around the world. In Joliet, IL it is illegal to mispronounce the name of the town. |
