The Michelle comment is stupid but that isn't why he got suspended. This is, "I don't believe in queers. I don't like queers, I don't hate them as a person, but what they do is wrong and an abomination against God." It's bad enough when gay kids get bullied by their peers but to have a teacher do it is inexcusable. |

This sounds like it's in Alabama or Georgia or something so I'm not surprised. Teachers need to learn to keep their own opinions to themselves though, at least in the classroom; their job is to educate, not indoctrinate. |
