I'm from montreal, scene was crazy! a 48" pipe burst, flooded downtown for 4 hours. the girl was trying to cross the street after class, she is fine.
was hoping someone will break out the canoes. |

HA!! i love it when people here in L.A. get "caught" in the LA River when in floods. I'm always asking how somebody gets caught in it?!? STAY AWAY FROM IT!!
