I think Nic cage cops way more flack than he actually deserves, but he would've been a horrible Superman. They played Ghost rider on the TV here last night, god damn THAT movie was bad.
I don't really care at the end of the day. I've never liked superman much. He's just too.. super. He has the strength, can fly, xray eyes, etc. etc. and the only thing that can stop him? a very conveniently super-rare mineral that's not even found on earth. I prefer my characters a bit more human and flawed. |

I wish his version had been made. It was going to have realistic things like him constantly breaking glasses he was trying to pick up. I think the movie would have ruled. |
