Tuesday, January 29, 2013 9:11:40 AM We I took in a stray kitten, who, after some weeks, found a stash of plastic stir sticks in a can on roomie's worktable. Kitty would show up in the living room in the evening with one of these trophies, and we found she loved to chase it down the hall. Actually bringing them back to us took a bit longer to teach, but she did it! |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 7:26:11 AM I had 2 cats who'd play "fetch". Rocky (Maine Coon) would chase his "little grey mouse" all over the place! His favorite was down the stairs. Calico (a calico) would chase her "googley monster". Her favorite was down the hallway. They'd both bring them back, over and over, and demand it be thrown again! lolz! |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 7:06:01 AM "Cats do not carry sticks." I have actually met one who would fetch. Not sticks, of course. Twigs, pebbles, small nuts (peanuts), bits of grass. He would actually go pick them up when thrown, and bring them back to you. As to the dog in the video, bets the guy filming threw that stick over the fence for the dog to go get it, just so he could film the poor dog trying to get through there? Borders on psychological abuse. |

This is why dogs are so cool. No matter what they are doing, they are always 100% into it. Eating, chasing ball, scratching, whatever. In this case, he 100% had to follow his master 'cause that's what he does. AND he 100% had to keep that stick! Drop the stick? Don't follow? NOT OPTIONAL |

Monday, January 28, 2013 8:02:00 PM I'd rather see a hundred videos like this than the one of the Chinese kid getting kicked or the security guard tasing the ghetto baby mama. |

Monday, January 28, 2013 5:11:34 PM This was a very distressing situation and I don't know why you are all making fun of it. I don't know what witchery the hooman employed to solve the problem, but I have confidence if I watch the clip 100 or so times, I will figure it out. In the meantime, keep your snarky comments to yourselves. signed, Squrlz, Squirrel Extraordinaire at Large. |
