Tuesday, January 29, 2013 8:58:19 PM I am very curious about this...someone said Stern posted it as well, any idea where it is from or any back story? I don't want to watch this. I am not NORMALLY against tattooing but this is very wrong to me. I NEED to know the reason, not that I will necessarily accept it but COME ON! I just can't imagine a mother doing this just for poos and giggles. It won't even look the same in a year, kids grow so fast..there has GOT to be something more to this. |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 7:32:26 PM I watched this expecting to be enraged. Considering the unfortunate things we have to put our kids through...I'm not. i don't necesssarily approve, but it;s not as bad as I thought it would be. |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 5:23:48 PM Um, find one person, circumcised as a baby, who can testify to how much it hurt. Personally, I don't remember, and my son didn't seem too bothered by it even moments afterward. Now the "Why" I can't attest to any more than I can factually justify my wife taking my last name instead of me taking hers or no one taking anyone's. It just is, and I'm okay with it (and so was she), though I'm only mildly uncomfortable with the "just is" part as lame justification ... but I'll live. |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 10:47:58 AM I have 2 friends who needed circumcision later in life. Considering it's such a personal matter, I probably know at least one more guy who's had it done. I know it's only anecdotal, but that's a pretty significant number of guys that I know personally. No foreskin for my kids. |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 8:43:10 AM I love tattoos, but no this is wrong on many levels. hope they catch them and prosecute them. never mind the fact that he will have to carry it forever (or the scar from the removal), or that he had no say in it, but clearly the tattoo gun is causing him a lot of pain and scaring him, a parent's primary duty is to protect their children. not to put them through torture. |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 7:56:59 AM Anything that involves the child not being able to chose is retarded, this AND circumcision. And I'm with Kegomatix on this one, the "health benefits" are bullpoo..it's religious nonsense, nothing else. |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 7:40:54 AM And of course you've never met anyone who wasn't glad to be circumcised, shinymetal. Just the same as I'm happy that I wasn't. |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 7:37:48 AM People make me laugh about the "health benefits to circumcision. I was never cut, and guess what, no issues. It's called good hygiene, and anyone who doesn't practice good hygiene will likely find themselves with more issues than their d*ck. |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 7:36:36 AM @Gladhatter "Comparing this to circumcision is asinine." Why yes it is, you are absolutely right. It's only a comparison because some religious groups do it. But you know IABers; any opportunity to go off about religion and slag those who have it is an opportunity not to be wasted. Never forget, the enlightened and open-minded masses of the Internet know what is best and have a moral obligation to make sure everyone conforms to the same view of the world. |

Tuesday, January 29, 2013 1:50:36 AM I must apologise for some of my fellow-countrymen - "Oooh, it could never happen here." Yes, it is illegal under 18 in the UK, but I wouldn't bet on it not happening here, if it hasn't already. Judging by the large number of babies (of both sexes) in push-chairs who are sporting pierced ears, it's never too early to impose lumpenprole fashion sense. |

Monday, January 28, 2013 10:39:56 PM I work in a hospital. Every time I see a 30 or 40 year old guy on the Operating Room schedule for a circumcision due to constriction from persistent infections leading to urinary retention, I'm thankful that I'm Jewish and mine was done before I could possibly remember it! Sometimes there's actually some sense behind religious observances. What sense was there in this? |

Monday, January 28, 2013 4:38:50 PM "Wow, this is almost as bad as parents mutilating the penises of their newborn babies." I am thankful for my circumcision, because I don't get yeast infections, ever. I had a friend that wasn't circumcised. He got one and almost lost his penis. He had to get circumcised at 18. |
