That may be so, but they certainly work through an agent who HAS seen the property and can give them some assurance on their investment. If you are just buying houses based on pictures on the internet you are a damned idiot and it is an amazement you ever made it to the point where you have enough money to do such a thing. |

Most people might not, certainly not people buying their own residence. However real estate investors routinely buy houses without seeing them. My parents own houses they have never seen in person, some of them in other states. |
