@Angillion, yeah that's a sweater alright. Deciphering our little peculiarities like this is what makes this language fun IMO. Don't even get me started on the proper meaning of "Pudding", or "Biscuit" though.  |

No, a jumper doesn't have a hood and is usually more form-fitting than a hoody.
There's a typically shaped jumper on this page, feminine style (masculine style is straight rather than narrower near the middle).

Odd factoid - Britain was famous for hoodies 2000 years ago. The birrus Britannicus was one of the things that the Roman province of Brittania was noted for and connected to the thing it was most noted for - horrible weather :) |

I haven't watched the video so I don't know the context, but since you're asking I can assume it's a meaning that isn't used in the USA.
In the UK, a jumper is (amongst other things) an item of clothing for the upper body. It covers the torso, generally to about hip level. It has full length sleeves. It's traditionally made of wool, though it doesn't have to be. I think you call it a sweater over there. |

Some exes are worth keeping on speed dial, others are really not. but a decent ex is handy, and can save a fortune in social spending- something cheap to do on a quiet evening is a great idea. |

I'll give you a good reason NOT to have sex with your ex. If the last guy you slept with was a total tiger in the sack, and the ex wasn't, then it's going to be a boring lay. Even if you thought the ex *was* a tiger in the sack, but your last boytoy turned out to be way better, it's going to ruin the ex sex. |
