Wednesday, January 23, 2013 1:36:23 PM "Nice try at changing the topic, but 116 years after the fact is a LITTLE BIT too late, eh?" Me? You're the one changing the subject. No one is talking about guns in the 1800's and early 20's except you. Not sure why I am even bothering. There really is no rational conversation with you. |

Wednesday, January 23, 2013 1:31:43 PM He thinks they should never have been legal. I wholeheartedly agree. @markust: Nice try at changing the topic, but 116 years after the fact is a LITTLE BIT too late, eh? Of course you were talking about "something else" other than what you said... obviously! Fact remains: "gun grabbers" have no freaking idea what they're talking about. An AR-15 is essentially identical to 100 other guns out there,(.223, semi-auto, civilian) but they've chosen it as their "whipping boy". |

Wednesday, January 23, 2013 1:29:18 PM "Solution: BAN rock & roll!" Again taking things somewhere I wasn't even going. I never said Glenn Beck needs to be banned. I was just wondering if it bothers him the crazy he creates in some people. Maybe you should try reading comments you are commenting on twice so you don't look like such an idiot. |

Wednesday, January 23, 2013 1:26:14 PM Really 5Cats? I'm not even going to waste my time with someone who changes the argument to gangsters of the 20's just to pretend someone has their facts wrong. Arguing with you is like playing tennis against a wall. I was talking about the semi-automatic riffles of today. I'm talking about when the M16 was modified in 1963 to be sold to the public as the AR-15. That never should have been legal. |

Wednesday, January 23, 2013 1:18:36 PM I wonder if it scares Glenn Beck at all when he sees pictures like this of the crazy he created in people. Did it scare him when one of his fans was stopped on the way to massacre people in the San Francisco Tides Foundation and the ACLU? Did it scare him when that guy instead open fired on the police that stopped him? Did it bother him when the shooter later reviled that it was Beck's show that drove him over the edge? |

Wednesday, January 23, 2013 1:17:35 PM As soon as they became legal, criminals were able to get a hold of them... @markust: Don't let facts stand in the way of your ranting! "Semi-Automatic" has been around for 100+ years. First in pistols, very popular before WW1. Yes ONE, not 2. In the 20's? The gangsters had a wide assortment of illegal weapons, eh? What did laws do to stop them? Nothing. Now the "drug gangs" have all manner of illegal weapons, some supplied by the CIA! What will more laws do to change this? Nothing. As long as Obama protects Holder? (Fast & Furious) He's the #1 hypocrite on the planet. |

Wednesday, January 23, 2013 12:44:34 PM Typical American, no. My brother has a shotgun and a .357 Magnum. My uncle is a hunter. He has a few shotguns and rifles. My best friend has a couple shotguns and a rifle for hunting. None of them has a semi-automatic riffle. I don't know anyone but a few people on here who own them. My best friend doesn't understand why civilians need them. He thinks they should never have been legal. I wholeheartedly agree. As soon as they became legal, criminals were able to get a hold of them through friends. I think it's too late in the game to do anything about it now. Approving these in the first place was just one more way congress has f*cked America. |
