No, that was exactly my point as well, but re-reading my first post I can see how you read it. My bad.
My point was, if I can/want to take my family to Disneyland, I take them. If I can't/don't want to, I don't. I don't pimp my kid out for FB likes as an excuse to do it or avoid doing it. |

The best one I've seen from facebitch was a guy claiming he won the powerball lottery and he would give a million dollars to a 'lucky' person who 'liked' his post. |

if she had a company and she was doing a contest, donation, or otherwise and did this, it would be for promotional purposes, but as it is, she is doing it purely for attention. |

I do not FB-like ANYthing I'm solicited to Like. Ever.
I also do not use the "Like" button like the "mark this post as read" button like so many people seem to do.
I also don't "lol" unless I actually had a real life jolly audible. I'm an internet literalist I guess. >.> (<== yes, I actually made that face just now :) ... (<== and that one)) |

Funny, I'm going to take my kids to Disneyland later this year because:
a) I want to go to Disneyland
b) My wife and kids all want to go to Disneyland
c) it's a great family memory for my kids to have when they're all grown up (like I do from when my parents and I went)
d) I'm capable of saving up to go to Disneyland
e) all of the above.
I must be a bad parent. |

Then she's a terrible mother. Any parent who can't say "no" or "shut up because I said so" is a bad parent. That's the small stuff. If you can't handle that how will you ever handle the big stuff? |
