a mishap that results in injury or damage is recorded as an "Incident".
One with no injury or damage is a "near miss".
All HSR's (health & safety rep)are supposed to record in this manner. |

Near miss: a miss that came close.
Near miss makes plain sense. |

Ha, just stand there and scream? I'm assuming it is staged, but just because it was planned doesn't mean accidents don't still happen. You need to hit the deck no matter what. I'm sure everyone agrees a broken camera or missed shot is better than dying. |

Well, it's not really an "accident" since the pilot obviously intended to do it.
Probably the two on the ground were filming this "stunt" with the airplane and the camera person got out of position.
Anything to make a "viral video" eh? |
