Yeah, I'd like to know where they came up with the idea of 7 rounds too. Do they realize how ridiculous it is to think they can enforce a law that says you can keep your 10 round mags, but you can't put more than 7 rounds in there?! I can understand why 30 round mags were banned but they keep using that "it makes a shooter have to pause and reload more often" argument. I can only speak for myself, but I'm pretty f*cking proficient in the use of firearms, particularly what they call assault rifles. The time it takes for me to drop an empty mag, slam another one in there, chamber a round and be back on target is roughly 2 seconds. That, and when doing so in a situation where you're taking fire as well as sending yours downrange, I know not to make myself a target by sitting out in the open for that second or two when I'm reloading. |

ny mag over 10 rounds has been illegal for a long time here, I have ten 10 round mags
The way I read it was you can only load 7 in the 10 rounder or face misdemenor charges LOL! Where the f**k did they pull 7 from??? That would mean my M1 garand and shotgun are "evil" guns. |

The only parts that really bothered me is the girl who is dead being photographed later with obama, and the medical examiner saying majority were killed by the longer weapon only for it to have never even been used. |

Yeah, it does say that, but a little birdie I know who's a NY State Trooper and my neighbor told me there's a way around it. He should be filling me in on that in the next couple of days when he knows the details of the fine print. Any mag over 10 rounds has been illegal for a long time here, I have ten 10 round mags. |

I would say yes! Capital YES. If they weren't afraid to demolish 2 building with thousands of lives to go to Iraq what makes you think they would care about 30 people. Regardless of age. I find it funny and a coincidence that as soon a people figuring out we are going broke they are going after guns..... hmmm

Yeah, I'm not too f*cking happy about that. Like William S. Borroughs said, "After a shooting spree, they always want to take the guns away from the people who didn't do it." They aren't taking sh*t from me because I've had everything for years so it falls under the grandfather clause of the bill. Other than that, just have to register the AR & be "re-certified every 5 years" which isn't as bad as people think, it's like passing an eye exam when you renew your license. I was up all night researching that sh*t so they can't try anything funny making you think it's illegal when it's not. |

I read them and they're out of hand and ridiculous the most sickening is the 7 round mag law which is basically the government taking your property. Seven round mags shows what politicians know about guns. |

All the claims in this are baseless. Sure, at first they thought there was a 2nd shooter and were searching for him, but sh*t like that happens all the time right after something like this happens. All it take's is one person who's confused or overwhelmed with emotion to say, "I think there may have been 2 gunmen." Once police hear that they begin a search no questions asked, better safe than sorry. |
