Weed makes you stupid often times. I haven't met a pothead who was brilliant aside from Carl Sagan--and I never met the man so that was a lie. I still haven't MET anyone who smokes pot religiously that is smart, and I think that even seldom users are worse off than people who never use at all. I could be wrong though.

Weed is a wonderful drug, but it comes in hundreds of different strains which all have different effects. It's hard to even get the kind of 'high' you want since it's a smorgasbord of chemicals. Some are agonists, and some are antagonists for the same receptor gives it its characteristically different high for every strain.

I've never tried being stupid before. So no, I suppose I cannot just confine myself to merely a few lines a day since I think in broader ways than just one line. I'm sorry I can't accommodate you, but I'm actually lying about that.

or maybe even none....

try weed instead... it makes you less of a twat than coke and you focus less on how good you are and more on the wonders of life, the universe, and everything.

have you tried just doing less lines in a day?

I guess me and you have very different ways of handling a problem. I prefer a hands on approach when necessary--if I can truly avoid the situation entirely then fine. But if I have to move my life around and change my schedule and where I live because someone wants to have a problem with me because of where my penis is...well then I'm going to find better ways to **** with them.

You keep thinking that running away from everything is actually safe. My mother was tougher than you--literally. Do you really think cops stop murders or clean up the messes? You haven't dealt with a real problem yet. You never had to put a bullet between someone's eyes because they were just gonna come in and screw your life up. And I can't say I have done it--but I wouldn't hesitate to seize the opportunity to kill someone who was invading my home, and I certainly wouldn't let anyone STALK me. I've never had anyone EVER try that crap with me because I'd simply COME FOR THEM. No ****ing games of telephone and all that bull**** that you put up with because you were too afraid to do something. The cops didn't help you much unless your GF was found dead or went missing.

Just forget this argument. You're a weakling.

"One thing the military did teach me was aggression should always be controlled."

Yeah? It didn't teach the other soldiers to not light girls on fire and rape them in front of their families. The military doesn't teach any real values. It destroys them. Let's not get ahead of ourselves here.

I am not proposing that one go out and kill every person who threatens them. But if he's literally outside of your house waiting for her to come out...why not go out and **** him up a little? Is that really asking for a lot from a man? He put himself into a bad situation, and you're just showing him how it was bad. I will always sympathize with the father who kills the rapist of his daughter. Maybe I'm wrong, but a rapist doesn't deserve my compassion. And I will always sympathize with the guy who beats up the guy who stalks the person he loves.

But in all honesty it sounds like your ex was ****ing crazy to begin with. Good riddance.

well if you could read you'd know the person who stalked me and my girlfriend was an ex girlfriend of mine.... still think I should snap her spine?

I removed the risk without having to snap anyone's spine.

One thing the military did teach me was aggression should always be controlled. Not just meted out like you never grew out of comic books where yourself is always the hero.

@Listypoos,

I'd call you a pussy but pussies could take more of a pounding than a dick like you.

Go grow some balls and break that bastard's spine who keeps harassing you. Anyone gets in your way like that then drat em up before they drat you up. You'll never regret that piece of advice. Why get hit and swing afterword? The whole point of hitting you first is to insure my victory.

If gravity wasn't pushing me down in the first place, I wouldn't be able to push off of the ground--or even gain the musculature to locomote in the first place--in fact evolution probably would have given me some sort of ballast system like a fish has to keep itself buoyant enough to stay stable at certain depths. Air at certain pressures as you may know acts like a fluid--hence why we have tidal pools, and tornadoes.

I think your argument falls completely, and utterly flat just like as if you didn't catch your fall while walking.

If you're going to resume your diatribe then at least address what I've actually said. Don't make any more strawmen to knockdown. You aren't beating my argument by obfuscating what I said in the first place--I actually can recall what I said and what I intended.

For instance, muscular propulsion isn't even the whole story if we want to include ALL factors--the nervous system [which requires very specific and timed actions]--the brain [a very advanced computer]--hell even the fact we have parents factors into being able to walk. Don't reductio ad absurdum.

In fact, to walk at all you first need the universe to be here in the first place. You can't refute my point...you can merely talk around it all you want. You want to have the last word the same way I used to when I was maybe 7 years old. I feel like I am speaking badly about 7 years old everywhere though when comparing them to you. At least a 7 year old knows the difference between a bad idea and a good one.

I literally do not have enough space in 5 posts to show you how ridiculous your strawman is. But I'm just going to leave it at that.

Gravity is not the chief force of locomotion. It's just a factor in actually getting back to the ground. We do not swing our legs up and then swing them back down. We pick them up and then we let them fall back down and repeat the cycle. Gravity does about half of the work like you stated. But it doesn't stop it from being a controlled fall. If you want to refute my ideas, then go ahead and prove it, but give me a reference beside your own arrogance. It's not really doing much for me. I don't mind being proven wrong, but you do.

You're probably a philosophy major because you have bull**** written all over everything you write.

"Let's just look at the simple physics involved. In which direction does gravity act? I'll tell you - it's a downward force. So, if gravity were the only force involved in locomotion, which is the only direction you could possibly move? The answer is down. Therefore, based on this very simple evidence, another force must exist that moves us in a forward (or backward) motion.

What do you suppose that force is? You should now understand the error of your argument."

You're making more strawmen to beat down. I don't really care. I advise you to not take this kind of logical fallacy to a university. You would find you're going to be outclassed and outgunned by people who won't allow you to perpetuate your brand of bull****. This is a good exercise on exposing hubris and all but I'm getting sick of it. A controlled fall is a controlled fall. You're merely playing semantic games to win at something you lost at long ago. Boring.

"Let me stop you right there. You do not even have a legitimate idea of your own. Instead, by your own admission, you merely quote others and rely upon the arguments and ideas of others. You lack any capacity to come up with an original and unique thought."

No. I just admit that original ideas are not even possible. We synthesize and assimilate--but nothing truly original can ever erupt from us. Original ideas came from nature and observation. Now these are commonplace and we use them to build upon greater ideas. That is why the term 'we merely stand on the shoulders of giants' comes from--to paraphrase.

"You swing your legs when you run; you don't let them fall via gravity. By your own argument earlier, walking and running are basically the same thing (amirite?) so obviously the same is true for walking."

I don't swing my legs. I use the force off of the ground to propel myself forward, and then I fall to the ground--then I repeat.

Lastly, @SPrinkZ, that is how you dominate an argument. I just thought it would be nice to show you since you thought it was what you were doing before.

I'm sure you can now see the difference.

Now, let's take the physics aspect even further; shall we?

Let's make the next reasonable argument and suggest that, other than the initial forward force to begin moving, gravity is solely responsible.

How then do we account for the undeniable loss of forward momemtum due to transference into the ground and air friction? Surely these antagonistic forces continuously act against our initial forward momentum. Remember, we have already shown that gravity cannot contribute additional forward momentum.

Therefore, even this theory cannot be true since forward force must be continually added to maintain speed. Additionally, how then could we accelerate once started? By your explanation, it is physically impossible.

Therefore, you can see that I disagree not because I am unwilling to admit that I am incorrect, rather, I disagree because you are wrong.

We don't propel ourselves to the floor--we let gravity do the work.

This is such a stupid and simple point to disprove; it really is.

Let's just look at the simple physics involved.

You should now understand the error of your argument.

Let me stop you right there. There was never a problem with what I said.

Let me stop you right there. You do not even have a legitimate idea of your own. Instead, by your own admission, you merely quote others and rely upon the arguments and ideas of others. You lack any capacity to come up with an original and unique thought.

Please, enlighten me with something other than "you are so wrong and I'm not!" This can hardly be considered an intelligent argument.

You swing an axe by the way--you don't let it fall via gravity.

You swing your legs when you run; you don't let them fall via gravity. By your own argument earlier, walking and running are basically the same thing (amirite?) so obviously the same is true for walking.

Let me do the same and we'll both be better off for it.

I try not to lie, even if it is to make you feel better.

So much for being intellectually superior. You're just another peon in the wake of my startling intellect. Just kidding of course. You just want to be right so bad that you're wrong.

You simply could have agreed with me and given me the ground that I clearly deserve rather than act like I am wrong when I am not. I let you prove me wrong once or twice. Let me do the same and we'll both be better off for it.

"The problem with... "

Let me stop you right there. There was never a problem with what I said. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel here and admit you're wrong. Stop being stupid. This is what stupidity is. You want to talk about denying logic--you're denying facts.
