Saturday, January 12, 2013 4:05:43 AM Richstickman: So after the first move, where you only move one, and he says you will be on one of two squares, doesn't that imply that you only move one square at at time? imply yes but is that a solid rule? implication is not a solid statment of what to do but still a suggestion.. you can imply someting but it still be wrong.. eg you can imply that somone has done a crime but that is not enough to try them.. iu still only see 3 solid rules which he vocally transmits and moving one symbol at a time is not one of them! I'went wrong' by shifting 2 symbols in one move and then for the rest of it alternateing between moving 1 and 2 symbols in one 'move' for the rest of the test. the test is to see how predictable you are. if you get the result you are predictable if you get anything else you are less pridictable... i am less pridictable.. |

Friday, January 11, 2013 10:46:45 PM Well there is a subliminal message at about 1:00 in, so I decided to pick anything but the face. |

Friday, January 11, 2013 9:51:39 PM Haha that was funny to me. In the very beginning I started trying to land on that space, I picked it before he even explained what he was doing. I didn't actually use my finger as instructed however, and managed to screw it up lol. So even though I didn't follow the rules, he still predicted the one I'd actually chosen haha. |

Friday, January 11, 2013 8:30:08 PM So I guess there needs to be another rule which is, whereas you can visit a square that you have visited before, you cannot visit a square that no longer has a postit on it. Also, those aren't squares. |

Friday, January 11, 2013 6:26:42 PM jamie76: where did you end up after each move? (Knowing this, we'll be able to tell where you went wrong. Nobody is saying you're cheating, just that you're not following the instructions.) Richstickman: So after the first move, where you only move one, and he says you will be on one of two squares, doesn't that imply that you only move one square at at time? Yes, if you don't end up on the smiley, you've done it wrong. Again, if you think it's wrong, please post where you land after each step to demonstrate you've done it wrong. I'm guessing I'll hear crickets after this post. |

Friday, January 11, 2013 5:15:01 PM he only states 3 rules 1, you move vertically or horizontaly, you can land on any symbol a multiple of times and 3 dont move diagonally he dos not state how many symbols you move by in one single move.. he does suggest it by body language by only moving his hand by one note/ symbol so there is no 'doing it wrong' only the fact that the people that got different answers are less easily suggested by body language and subliminal means |

Friday, January 11, 2013 2:19:37 PM The synopsis at the end is pretty harsh, but the overall message is correct. If you don't end up on the smiley face, you've done something wrong. Step by step |

Friday, January 11, 2013 2:12:05 PM HG: Rewatched, made a mistake. Silly me. Lesson learned: Don't do muttiple things at the same time while the instructions are playing. But did end on Q. Twice. |

Friday, January 11, 2013 1:35:34 PM MisterG "He took my house when I was on there. " You can't move seven times from one of those two squares and end up on the house. At least no way I can think of. How did you? |

Friday, January 11, 2013 1:28:45 PM For anyone that says he took the card you were on, can you explain how you got to the square you ended up on? This is simple math. You can't be on the squares he takes away if you follow the instructions. So demonstrating how you got there will show you where you messed up. |

Friday, January 11, 2013 12:35:48 PM There's a subliminal message at 1.03 mins! Flashes the smiley face card in the centre of the screen. Just after he says "And here we go again" after removing the house. :O |

Friday, January 11, 2013 12:01:51 PM Think of the squares as being either on an x or a + sign (excluding the center). Regardless of the number of missing squares, an even number of moves always keeps you on the same x or + as before, where an odd number moves you from one to the other. While he cannot tell which space you are in, he can tell which group to move to; then removes a square from the other group and continues. Eventually, you are forced to move to a group with only one remaining member. |
