worst job i ever had was working in a call center for a cable company in their billing dept. i hated dealing with people like this. one lady threatened to cancel her account and go with a rival provider, i said, "why, so you can not pay them either?" |

It's a sign of the times. I had never before had to evict anyone for non-payment of rent. Now in the last year I have seen 3 people from my building end up homeless. But they claim things are getting better.

I have a tenant like this in my building.
He's totally pissed at me because he stopped paying rent 3 months ago and I have the nerve to be evicting him! |
