tl;dr:
Gluten is in everything that has wheat, so if you have Celiac and don't live in China, you're screwed. If you do eat gluten as a celiac it basically burns away the thingies in your intestine that absorb the nutrients from your food.
I know because two of my sisters have it, and it blows mighty chunks. |
