I would just move to a different state.
its a federal crime, moving states would accomplish nothing. plus, im going to guess he will get more support there than anywhere |

Hey guys! Remember when Obama promised he'd stop the persecution of medical marijuana users?
Just like he promised to like, do other unimportant stuff... Like, oh I don't know NOT go more psycho than Bush and pass a new terror infringing laws, and close down gitmo, and not go after guns, and not assassinate more people than any other American president in modern history, and not start poo in other countries like Syria? |

Christ not this again. He was not following the California marijuana laws. It was California that called the DEA in. The law clearly states that medicinal sellers can not be for-profit. They have to be non-profit organizations. He clearly broke that law. He has no one to blame but himself. |
