I signed the petition but then I realized that it is for the wrong Sandusky....10 years for marijuana seems just fine...but way too harsh for a victimless crime like child molestation. |

Thank gawd they are keeping the streets safe from punks like this who are pushing medicines on glaucoma and cancer sufferers! I know I'll sleep better without this kind of filth roaming the streets helping people! |

@DingDingDong There is plenty of reason to be mad at cops. Anyone who swears to uphold the laws put in place by all those worthless politicians is a bad person.

Whether or not marijuana should be legal aside, this guy was selling medical marijuana to folks that had no medical need- everybody in California knows at least one person who had a prescription due to a bogus 'ailment'. I've not heard of any doctors getting arrested for writing unnecessary prescriptions gosh, wonder why that is. |

This guy is probably going to be OK. After all, he has all those fellow Americans with the arms of bears (or something) to protect him against government hypocrisy and disproportionate prosecution for his 'crimes'. |

Ten years? for a non violent crime? Sure, lets just add more deficit to this country by putting people like this in jail. Sure, raise my taxes to pay for his stay in the prison. Yeah, that makes tons of sense. I really think the U.S. Government needs to be scrutinized a bit more by the citizens of its country. |

Well it will be sent to appeals court. Hopefully a really savvy lawyer will argue that the Fed has no right to regulate marijuana and the drug war will then end. (I wish) |

The Federal law will not change anytime soon. All the cheap slave labor in the U.S. are in the prison system. Some of the more peaceful slaves are cannabis users at that. |
